Eligibility for Refunds

  • Late delivery: your order takes longer than 20 days to arrive.

Size-Related Issues

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection. A detailed size guide is available on our website for every product, and we encourage you to check it carefully before placing your order.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. North Polos does not cover return shipping fees under any circumstances. A charge back of 15% will be applied in case of refund.
